We had a great stay in this beautiful Japanese hotel. The food was amazing with so many options to choose from. We loved the fact that they offered buffet style meals with a high-quality standard. The spacious rooms were perfect for our stay with comfy beds, and the facilities were great too. We enjoyed having access to the onsen, especially the newly renovated outdoor one. , it was excellent to have a complimentary selection of drinks and small desserts.

One of the things that we found challenging at this hotel was the language barrier. There was no English language support, so the check-in process was complicated.

The location was great, very close to attractions and easy to find. the buffet had a lot of options, but the best part was the fresh and delicious food. the room was comfortable and clean, it was a good size for our needs. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, they tried their best to help us out.

Although the buffet had a lot of options, the food was not kept warm enough. Another issue was the lack of passion from some of the staff members at the restaurant.
